Versadex Logo

Overview

Logo created for the 2010 Versadex Conference which showcases advanced information and management systems for public safety agencies. The technology helps support police agencies to manage information over a large geographic area in real time. The theme of the conference was “maximizing connections” and it was important to portray the technological aspect while speaking to the target audience which included police organizations from across the country.

Approach

The client wanted to portray security and technology in the logo and liked the idea of a badge or shield being incorporated in the logo. The final design used a shield shape in blue (signifying security and confidence) while various points or “connections” in green, white and red represented the networking and technological aspect.
