Overview

Logo and stationary design for an independent property manager in Edmonton Alberta. A logo design was needed that could represent the many aspects of the work (including residential, commercial and industrial property management and maintenance) yet be flexible enough to work if the company took on other aspects such as service and business management.

Approach

A simple typographic approach was taken on the “M” in the name representing the person behind the business. This unique “M” shape also became a graphic that was used on its own and applied to the reverse side of the business cards and bottom of the letterhead design.
